The colour is intensely yellow with slight green reflections. The nose expresses intense aromas of white-fleshed and yellow-fleshed fruits (pear, quince, peach), then notes of acacia develop which bring a beautiful finesse. Discreet notes of roasted dried fruit make L'Oratoire des Papes 2019 a true sunny vintage. The palate is all in power as the vintage dictates. The calclaires have made it possible to maintain a great drinkability with a saline finish that contrasts with a generous attack on the palate. On the finish, small bitters give a unique dimension to the tasting.
