The Taybeh Nadim Rosé is a dry, boutique wine produced by the family-owned Taybeh Winery in the West Bank, Palestine. Crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, this rosé is known for its fruity profile, featuring aromas of citrus and strawberry alongside a pronounced minerality. The winemaking process involves hand-picking the grapes, fermenting them in stainless steel, and aging them in French oak barrels for several months to add complexity. Named after the winery’s founder, Nadim Khoury, it is celebrated as a high-quality representation of modern Palestinian viticulture and is best served slightly chilled, but above refrigeration temperature, to avoid a metallic finish.
