La Ina is one of the most well-known Fino sherries in the world. This very dry white wine is so special thanks to the natural veil of yeast present during its ageing process. This yeast protects the wine during maturation, keeping the liquid from coming in contact with the air so that the final product is lighter in colour. This yeast also helps to consume any extra sugar in the wine, which is what allows this Fino to be so dry and have such a vibrant flavour at the same time.

TASTING NOTES:

View: Straw yellow, clear. Intense, penetrating.

Nose: mineral notes of almond. Sharp and elegant thanks to its ageing under flor.

Palate: full, structured, dry. We found some intense fragrance of green almonds. Bitter end.
