ABOUT THE CHARITY
The Mathiwos Wondu–YeEthiopia Cancer Society (MWECS) is a non-profit organisation working to improve cancer care across Ethiopia. Founded in memory of Mathiwos, a young boy who bravely fought leukemia, MWECS has grown into a national force for cancer awareness, treatment access, and healthcare system support.
From childhood cancer to tobacco control, the organisation runs vital projects that touch thousands of lives. Your support helps fuel this mission and brings hope to those facing cancer in Ethiopia.
