Chateau Mercian Koshu Iwasaki is a Japanese white wine produced from the indigenous Koshu grape variety, grown in the Yamanashi Prefecture.

Grape Variety: Made from 100% Koshu grapes, a native Japanese variety.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and vibrant citrus notes, including clementine, yuzu, and white grapefruit, with hints of green and mirabelle plums on the finish. Other notes include white flowers, vanilla, almonds, and hazelnuts.
