PRODUCTION

Winemaking is traditional in style and is overseen by Jean Michel Lihrmann - pneumatic pressing, temperature controlled fermentation, no finings and light filtration before bottling - all to preserve fruit and aromatic qualities and elegance. His philosophy is to make wines with good acidity and fruit balance.

TASTING NOTE

Pronounced aromas of rose petals, peaches and ripe litchis, rich and ripe highly aromatic palate of roses, sweet litchi that goes on long into the finish. With delightful clementine acidity to balance out the luscious fruit.

FOOD MATCH

This wine is perfect with aromatic spice based dishes (particularly Thai). It can also be served with a strong cheese such as Munster or Stliton.
